Counselling is completely free. We charge a service fee only after you confirm admission and our services are engaged for application and visa processing. The service fee is clearly disclosed upfront — it is never hidden in the university fee structure.

Yes — if and only if the university is on the NMC-approved list. After completing your MBBS degree from an NMC-approved university abroad, you need to clear the FMGE (Foreign Medical Graduate Examination) or the upcoming NExT exam. Once cleared, you receive a registration to practice medicine in India.

Every university we recommend is NMC-approved. We never counsel students into universities that are not on this list.

These are two different recognitions:

• WHO-listed: The university is listed in the World Directory of Medical Schools. This is a basic prerequisite for international recognition.
• NMC-approved: The university is specifically approved by India's National Medical Commission for Indian students to pursue MBBS and return to practice in India after clearing FMGE/NExT.

For practicing in India, NMC approval is what matters. WHO listing alone is not sufficient. All our partner universities carry both recognitions.

Yes. All cities with large Indian student populations have Indian mess facilities either run by the university or by private Indian caterers. In Bishkek, for example, there are 20+ Indian restaurants and mess options near the major universities. Indian groceries (dals, rice, spices) are available in most major cities.

All MBBS programs at our partner universities are taught entirely in English. No knowledge of Russian, Georgian, or the local language is required for your degree. However, learning basic local phrases is useful for daily life and can be helpful during clinical interactions with patients.

Yes. Students typically get summer and winter breaks during which they can travel home. Most universities have a 2–3 month summer break and a 2–4 week winter break. Direct or connecting flights from Bishkek, Almaty, Tbilisi, and Dushanbe to major Indian cities are available.

FMGE (now being replaced by NExT) historically has a pass rate of around 15–25% overall. However, students from NMC-approved universities who prepare seriously typically have significantly better pass rates.

The key factors for FMGE success are: starting preparation early (Year 1 of MBBS), attending clinical training seriously, and using structured FMGE coaching (available online and in India). We guide students on this from Day 1 of their MBBS journey.

There is no limit on the number of FMGE/NExT attempts. You can appear in every exam cycle until you pass. Most students who fail use the time to prepare more thoroughly and clear it in subsequent attempts. With serious preparation, the majority of students from NMC-approved universities do eventually clear it.

Yes. After clearing FMGE/NExT, you are eligible to appear for NEET-PG and pursue MD/MS specializations in India. Your foreign MBBS degree, once registered with NMC, is equivalent to an Indian MBBS for this purpose.
